Project Coordinator, Creative – full-time; Woodlands Campus

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to ensure the timely execution of video, design, and marketing projects. This role involves facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the creative team while managing timelines and ensuring alignment with our core mission to uplift our community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Project Management: Coordinate video, design, and marketing projects by setting timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring projects remain on target.
  • Team Support: Assist the Creative Director in meeting goals, visions, and expectations by providing administrative and strategic support.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure creative projects align with the church’s mission and branding.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify project challenges and implement solutions to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate the creative team’s meetings, workshops, and work schedules.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze team workflows and suggest improvements to increase productivity.

Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain projectdetails clearly.

Knowledge:
