Sales Associate – part-time; Woodlands Campus
We have an opportunity for a part-time Sales Associate in The WC Trading Co. The WC Trading Co is a fair-trade store that supports artisans around the world. We are looking for customer service focused individuals that will share the mission and vision of The WC Trading Co and its products.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Serve customers by sharing the story of the artisans and products available
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and others; upholding the highest standard in Customer Service
- Learn about all available products to assist customers with choices
- Use Point of Sale system; complete opening and closing procedures with accuracy
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures
- Must be available to work weekend services, church events, and major holidays
- Able to lift supply boxes up to 40 pounds
