Worship Pastor – full-time; Atascocita Campus
Job Summary:

We are one church meeting in multiple locations, and we are actively looking for a Worship Pastor for our Atascocita Campus.
The Worship Pastor is responsible for leading the worship experience, as well as providing musical and technical leadership for campus worship. The Worship Pastor will know, own and cast Woodlands Church’s vision to staff, contractors, and volunteers, providing spiritual leadership to the worship experience. This role will manage the planning, organizing, and leading of multiple worship experiences throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to:
- Lead and direct all aspects of the worship experience, including the growth and development of worship team members
- Work under the direction of Woodlands Church and Woodlands Worship leadership to ensure worship experiences are in line with church vision and consistent across campuses
- Build and grow team members spiritually, musically, and technically to deliver excellence
- Prepare and deliver all musical elements of worship service; lead rehearsals and manage service details
- Partner with other worship leaders to communicate church vision, values, and culture to all team members
- Provide pastoral guidance and leadership to staff team, volunteers, or church members
- Actively seek out opportunities to connect departments and ministries across the organization to impact our communities more effectively
Qualifications:
- Worship experience, professionally or vocationally
- Leadership experience in a worship team setting
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven time-management skills; high level of self-initiative
- High integrity and proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment
